Throughout her career she has had a diverse set of HR experiences and locations. Halley has provided HR leadership for a manufacturing site, technical facility, corporate headquarters, and for a remote sale force. She has expertise in leadership coaching, performance improvement, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, employee learning, career strategy, succession planning, and talent development. Personally, Halley is a wife, a mother to 3 children and 2 fur babies and resides in Cincinnati, OH.
